Bio
Dr. Robert Corell led the Arctic Climate Impact Assessment (2005) and most recently lead a comprehensive study of governance issues in the circumpolar Arctic, the recommendations of which were adopted in May 2011 by the Arctic Council consisting of the eight ministers of foreign affairs of the eight Arctic nations.
